So I decided that making my own DIY wooden draw dividers was the way to go. I have used molding silicone before, and was thinking of something like that to have a true custom fit organizer. well then nothing is going to fit just right. but if you have an assortment of brands like ME. but the ones I found were geared towards a specific brand of tool sets.

I see some companies out there make foam tool box drawer organizers for screwdrivers and pliers.

Sockets are a no-brainer, but there just is not an easy way (that I can think of) to do screwdrivers, pliers, or even things like calipers and micrometers. I have been thinking of something like this for some time now. I have several workstations with duplicate tools, and then of course some specialty stuff. I'd like to come up with an elegant way to organize the drawers in the toolboxes in the shop.
